Zak Remaoun

Crypto wealth isn’t built by luck; it’s built by structure. That’s the philosophy guiding , former private banker and now Co-Founder & U.S. Market Head of Dextton — the firm redefining how investors build and protect wealth in the digital era, with the clarity and confidence of private banking.

later than advising billionaire families on portfolio strategy, Zak is bringing the identical clarity and discipline once reserved for private banking clients into the quick-evolving world of digital assets, teaching and advising investors that structure is the new alpha.

The Origins of Success: Lessons From Billion-Dollar Boardrooms

With a BSc and Master’s in Finance and Investment Banking with distinction from Henley Business School in the UK, Zak’s career began as an investment analyst in private wealth management at The Family Office, a firm managing over $2.5 billion for some of the Middle East’s and European wealthiest families. As an analyst, he worked his way up to meeting clients and working directly with the CEO and CIO there, gaining a front-row seat to how billionaires think about risk, opportunity, and preservation. He rapidly rose to become one of the youngest Wealth Managers at the firm, advising families directly on portfolio construction, diversification, and long-term strategy, building trust at the highest level.

“Working with billionaires taught me one thing,” he says. “Wealth isn’t created in moments of emotion, it’s engineered through systems and structure.”

As Zak’s career evolved, he formed strong connections with leaders and pioneers across the Web3 and fintech industries, from founders of blockchain infrastructure firms to ahead-stage venture investors and executives.

Those relationships gave him a unique behind-the-scenes view of the evolution of the digital asset ecosystem. While actively investing in crypto and private ventures,. Today, as Head of US Market at Dextton, he works tirelessly to combine the discipline of institutional wealth management with crypto innovation.

The Inspiration: Why Dextton Was Born

What drew Zak into this industry wasn’t just opportunity but frustration. He kept viewing the identical story repeat itself: smart, ambitious people making excellent money but losing it just as quick because they were investing emotionally, with no structure, clear strategy, or long-term plan.

During his time in private wealth management, Zak observed that many clients were inquiring about crypto, but no one provided proper guidance. There were no established frameworks, educational resources, or one connecting traditional finance with the emerging digital economy. This is where Dextton comes in, mainly due to regulations that are not yet implemented. The market is still very new and large institutions prefer to stay away from such a market.

To assist solve these issues, Zak co-founded Dextton with Théo Vaucher. “We both saw the identical opportunity: to bring institutional discipline, structure, and clarity to a market defined by emotion and speculation, once exclusive to private banking, now made accessible through Dextton.”

“Most people don’t lose money because of poor markets,” Zak explains. “They lose it because they have no structure when the market moves.”

Overcoming Obstacles: Bridging Two Worlds

Bridging traditional finance and crypto sounds promising in theory, but is much more complex in practice. In private banking, crypto is often dismissed as mere speculation. Conversely, traditional finance is viewed as sluggish and outdated in crypto circles.

“Both sides were missing the largeger picture; that the future of wealth lies in structure and innovation working together,” Zak explains.

By focusing on transparency, education, and real results, Zak demonstrated that institutional discipline could thrive within the digital economy. The result is a growing ecosystem where entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals learn to think, and act, like institutions. That mindset changed everything, and Dextton continues to grow: discipline is the ultimate edge in a market ruled by emotion.

The future: Engineering the Next Generation of Wealth

envisions Dextton becoming the global benchmark for structured crypto wealth management — the firm professionals and entrepreneurs trust when they want to approach the digital-asset market with clarity, discipline, and long-term protection.

“My goal is to redefine how people approach money,” he says. “When structure replaces emotion, wealth becomes sustainable. That’s how freedom is built.”

As Dextton expands across the U.S. and beyond, Zakariya Remaoun stands at the forefront of a new financial era, one where clarity, discipline, and purpose replace chaos, hype, and noise. Through Dextton, Zak aims to guide individuals in building, protecting, and compounding their wealth using the identical frameworks once reserved for billionaire families, now reimagined for the digital age. With a blend of private guidance and an evolving educational ecosystem, he and his team teach clients to think long-term, act strategically, and move through the market with confidence rather than emotion.
