A defining chapter of his career was a 14-year partnership with Optus, where he led brand strategy and go-to-market transformation. His work included multiple brand evolutions and the creation of Yes Agency, reshaping Optus’ content and creative delivery model to improve speed, consistency and effectiveness at scale.

In financial services, Guerrera has worked extensively with Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Bank, Colonial First State, First Sentier Investors and other leading institutions. As APAC Lead for M&C Saatchi Consulting, he expanded his remit across the region, combining customer insight, data and creative strategy to drive sustained growth for enterprise clients.
