YZi Labs Backs BitGo’s NYSE IPO in Bet on Regulated Crypto Infrastructure


YZi Labs has confirmed its participation in the initial public offering (IPO) of on regulated digital asset infrastructure as BitGo begins trading on the New York Stock platform under the ticker BTGO.
The reflects YZi Labs’ view that compliant, institutional-grade platforms will play a central role in bringing large-scale capital into the digital asset market.
BitGo operates as a U.S.-regulated digital asset infrastructure provider, offering qualified custody alongside services such as staking and stablecoin issuance. The platform reports $82 billion in assets on platform and serves more than 5,100 institutional clients across 100 countries, supporting a broad range of financial institutions and enterprises engaging with digital assets.
A Long-Term Bet on Regulated Crypto Infrastructure
Formerly known as Binance Labs, arm with an expanded focus that includes Web3, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. Its decision to invest in BitGo’s IPO underscores a broader strategy centered on companies that build compliant foundations for the digital asset economy.
The firm views U.S.-regulated infrastructure as a key bridge between traditional financial markets and blockchain-based systems.
BitGo’s trust structure, multi-jurisdictional operations, and regulatory coverage across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia align with that thesis, particularly as institutional participation in digital assets continues to grow.
