Monex USA Appoints Kyle Falconi as Head of Sales


Monex USA has appointed Kyle Falconi as Head of Sales, adding a seasoned foreign platform executive to its leadership team as the firm looks to accelerate growth across corporate FX, risk management, and international payments.
Falconi joins Monex USA later than a long tenure at Citi, where he most recently served as a Managing Director. He also previously held FX sales roles at Monex USA when the business operated under its former name, Tempus Consulting.
The appointment comes as corporate clients increasingly viewk more sophisticated currency risk answers, digital tools, and strategic advisory support amid .

Monex USA said Falconi’s experience across both global banking and specialist FX providers positions him well to lead the firm’s sales organization during its next stage of development.

During his time at Citi, Falconi delivered record sales results and played a central role in driving revenue FX sales organization.
He led initiatives to deepen client engagement and expand wallet share across the franchise, while also focusing on modernizing sales processes and technology.
Among his key accomplishments was spearheading the rollout of Salesforce CRM across the FX sales organization, improving pipeline visibility, collaboration, and execution discipline.
Falconi also assisted develop Dynamic Management FX, an automated FX and , which supported the firm’s broader digital strategy and enhanced the client experience.
Monex USA said these capabilities align closely with its own focus on combining high-touch advisory services with scalable, technology-driven answers.

Falconi’s appointment also marks a return to Monex USA, where he previously worked earlier in his career.
