KuCoin Institutional, the professional arm of global crypto platform KuCoin, has announced a strategic partnership with Cactus Custody, the regulated digital asset custodian under Matrixport Group. The collaboration aims to redefine institutional-grade digital asset security and trading efficiency through the integration of Cactus Oasis, an Off-platform Settlement (OES) framework that enables secure, real-time trading without pre-funding platform wallets.
Under the new arrangement, institutional and eligible clients can now execute spot, margin, options, and perpetual futures trades on KuCoin while their assets remain securely stored within Cactus Custody’s regulated, segregated custody accounts. By combining deep liquidity with multi-signature protection, cold storage, and ISO-certified controls, the initiative establishes a higher benchmark for institutional-grade .
